Course Description

Let us redefine how you think about fashion. From the fabrics used in spacesuits to genetically modified leather grown in labs, we'll show you the different ways fashion is changing the world. We'll explore the positive and negative impacts of fashion as an industry and how you can make a difference. Through interactive presentations, we’ll show you how technology is moving fashion forward in exciting new ways and what it takes to make a piece of wearable technology. You will learn concept sketching, and how to “problem-solve design,” coming up with your own creative solutions to the future with designs for your portfolio.
