Course Description

Juxtaposing couture and streetwear, we will deep dive into couture’s humble beginnings from House of Worth to Chanel, looking at the history of haute couture and how high fashion has evolved and adapted into a world where streetwear rules. Noting recent collaborations and intersections of streetwear designers in luxury fashion, we will come up with our own gender inclusive streetwear designs with a high fashion spin.
