Course Description

Senior Learners is designed for mature adults, 60 years of age and older, who are also New York State residents.

If costume designing is your passion, you must develop an ability to draw real people - thin, short, tall. Actors and characters come in all shapes and sizes. Learn to express your design concepts through real-world drawing techniques using live models. Work with a variety of art materials - charcoal, markets, pencil, watercolor, acrylics, pen and ink - rendering fabrics, silhouettes, and styles that help conceptualize character essence.
