Course Description

This course lays out WOMM (word-of-mouth marketing) strategies from the fundamentals and value of social media to PR and fostering community which leads to sales. You will learn how to foster brand devotion and produce content relevant to stimulating your customer relationships. This 3-hour course will help you envision your business differently, think through strategic marketing opportunities, and consider the benefits of investing in acquiring and retaining your clientele through marketing initiatives.
