Course Description

Many incumbent brands are struggling to navigate the disruption brought on by the new business models of direct-to-consumer brands. In this program, you'll learn how disruptor brands have forever altered how companies produce, distribute, and sell products, as well as how businesses message, market, and target consumers by focusing on storytelling, customer service, and creating innovative experiences. You'll discover how COVID accelerated the transition from a brick-and-mortar consumer economy to a “storeless” direct brand economy using robust e-commerce sales engines across multiple channels and pivoting to create agile marketing/advertising strategies. You'll also learn how to have a "futures thinking" mindset to help you think long-term about your business and be able to take tangible action to leverage change. The program is dynamic and practical, combining interactive lectures and discussions with case studies and group exercises.
