Course Description

Students will learn how to conceptualize a fashion line and create fashion garment flat specs using the fashion industry standard software Adobe Illustrator. These “flats” are standard drawing requirements in the fashion industry and for most fashion design portfolio requirements. Student will create a 10-piece garment collection for a client of their choosing and create a visual presentation of this collection including their customer profile, color story, moodboard, fabric board and silhouettes using the computer.
