Course Description

This class will teach you the steps needed to make your ‘FASHION RUNWAY’ dreams a reality. Learn how to translate inspiration into fashion sketches and mood/design boards. Explore sketching and rendering a variety of silhouettes and choosing the best fabrics to go with them. You’ll learn the design process; what happens in the pattern room; how the factory works; what it takes to produce a runway show; and finally, how your designs end up on in a store! After this class you will know what it takes for a real designer to put a fashion line together and have a road map for your future.
